Social Responsibility

At DRD, we are continually taking steps to effectively engage our community and our clients as socially responsible citizens. Founders Helen Levinson and Kathy Steele know first-hand the struggles and difficulties independent businesses face. A small gesture can go a long way, and we are always willing to extend a helpful hand when needed.

Since inception, we have had a planned giving program in place. DRD Cares is a program intended to provide qualified organizations the opportunity to receive high quality marketing through service donation. Each quarter, DRD sets aside budget for service donations; if funds are claimed or unavailable at a particular time, clients can take advantage of an alternative pricing structure, reducing our traditional billing fees by 35%. We are proud to have partnered with a variety of non-profit organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Clearbrook, Elmhurst Symphony Orchestra, Hubbard Street Dance, Marklund, OMNI Youth Center, Teens Against Drunk Driving and The Center for Enriched Living.

The executive committee reviews all submissions. Applicants will be notified of selection or nonselection. Any organization not selected will be eligible for the alternate pricing structure.
