Desert Rose Design has been selected as a recipient of the 2009 Annual Awards for
Business Excellence presented by The Business Ledger. This award is given for business
achievement, growth and community involvement. More than 225 suburban businesses
and groups have been honored since the inception of the awards program in 1991.
The AABE highlights successful suburban businesses and organizations and honors
the people who make them prosperous. Recipients were selected by a panel of Business
Ledger staff and event sponsors from more than 100 nominations in 12 different categories.
Overall, 20 companies, organizations and agencies were selected. Desert Rose Design
received its award in the Small Business category.

Along with recipients from their respective categories, Desert Rose Design was honored
at a special awards ceremony on March 25, 2009 at the Danada House in Wheaton.
