Desert Rose welcomes a few new roses to the bunch

Lombard, IL (March 29, 2012) If you've visited our team page recently, you might have noticed a few fresh faces. We are pleased to welcome Chris Zoran, Nathan Gudritz, Daniel Mantilla, and Dawn DeBlois to the team!

Chris is most likened to an acrobat or gymnast: although she might be balancing five people on her head, she makes it look easy. Chris has the knack of making projects run seamlessly and communication flow without skipping a beat. She earned her laurels in the marketing world working with products like cellular phones (when the brick phone was still in demand and digital was a dream), data, technology and other service industries. Her over 16 years of experience has given her the insight to say confidently that blondes work hard and have more fun.

When Nathan first joined the team, he asked us to call him N-Diggity or Diggity Dawg. What we soon learned is that Nathan is the top "dawg" not just in name, but in his impressive expertise in technology consulting, enterprise-level software development, and ability to guide a team with control and precision. DRD is happy to steal him away from his many successful entrepreneurial endeavors and have lead the pack to tail-wagging good UX interfaces.

Dan might be our "SEO/SEM guy," but to limit him to search engine optimization and targeted search engine advertising is to undersell his abilities. He is a true hands-on student and teacher- he's always leading the rest of the team to better understand the complicated process of creating custom online marketing strategies. As our SEO/SEM dude, Dan has proven himself capable of being a skilled online realtor, snatching up the best strategic opportunities for our clients, and keeping their websites two steps ahead of the competition.

Dawn is not a multi-tasker- she’s a super-tasker. As a mom of three boys (or monkeys, she can never be sure) and with over 18 years in project management, you can be sure that she can handle your needs, no matter how unexpected or demanding they may be. Dawn specializes in dealing with the small print and orchestrating calm out of chaos.
