Desert Rose Design is Looking for a Video Multimedia Intern

Elmhurst, IL (August 1, 2011) Desert Rose Design, an integrated marketing and communications firm located in Elmhurst, is seeking a Video Multimedia intern for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate should be a Digital Media or Film Science major attaining their Bachelors degree and possess an interest in video production and animation. Some background in design, whether through education or as a hobby, is required.

Required Technologies:

• Knowledge of and some experience with at least one of the following:
  Adobe Flash, Final Cut Pro, Motion, After Effects and/or Premier Pro
• Knowledge of Adobe Fireworks, Photoshop or Illustrator experience a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow proofing guidelines and time management

Candidates must possess:

• Related academic course work
• A time commitment of at least 20 hours per week for 12 weeks
• A positive attitude
• A desire to learn and grow as an aspiring professional
• Punctuality and dependability
• Notice, as soon as possible, concerning absences
